Pre-Tattoo Orientation

First, we would like to thank you for choosing Landmark as your tattoo shop. We pledge to do the best job we possibly can on every client who walks through our door, as it is our commitment to constantly push our craft to the next level! 

1. Preparation for your tattoo: 
Please be sure to eat before coming in for your appointment, and be well rested.. (a hangover will make the pain worse for you, and despite popular belief, marijuana and/or pain killers will give you a false sense of security, in turn making the tattoo seem more painful!) Be sure to wear/bring appropriate clothing (will your artist be able to get to the area comfortably?) also bring extra clothes (a hoody, socks, and/or sweatpants) as people tend to get cold & shaky from the higher production of endorphins while getting tattooed. 

2. Please bring cash. 
Remember that your artist charges by the hour, so you will know exactly how much to prepare for when you set your appointment. Please remember that tattooing is a service, and you will be receiving WORLD CLASS work! If you feel like your artist has given you something incredible, don't forget to give them an additional tip to show your appreciation. 

3. Please be courteous. 
Remember, we are only human! We also get sick and/or have bad days. As it is our commitment to give you our best work, we may need to reschedule your appointment; please remember that this is in no way personal, and we only want to serve you in the best possible manner. We want to make sure your masterpiece gets the full attention it deserves! In turn, we also ask that you show us the same courtesy. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible (48 hours preferably), however we also know that sh*t happens, and we ask that you at least call if something arises out of your control, to let us know you won’t be coming. Ultimately it is up to the artists discretion, but if you don't show and don't call, your deposit will be forfeited to the artist as compensation for lost time.
